This unit is made from 3/16 steel with a 1/4" insulated firebox that has a pull out fire basket. It comes with adjustable dampers to get precise temperatures.
This unit has one (1) to 4 cooking racks.
There is a 1/4 heat deflector to control the direct heat from overcooking your meats or vegetables.
It comes with 4 heavy duty casters to help with movement of the unit.
